Refund Policy

The Journal of Cloud Computing and Data Analytics maintains a transparent policy regarding Article Processing Charges (APC) and refunds. Authors are advised to carefully review the journal policies before making any payment.

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

The APC covers editorial processing, peer review management, typesetting, online publication, and digital archiving services. Payment of APC does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript, as all submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process.

2. No Refund After Acceptance or Publication

After a manuscript is accepted or published online, the APC is non-refundable under any circumstances, including author withdrawal or submission to another journal.

3. Refund in Case of Duplicate Payment

If an author accidentally makes duplicate payments, the journal will refund the extra amount after verification of the payment details.

4. Refund in Case of Editorial Error

In rare situations where the journal is unable to proceed with the publication due to technical or administrative errors on the journal’s side, the APC may be refunded at the discretion of the editorial office.

5. Payment Verification

All refund requests must include the following details:

• Author name

• Manuscript title

• Payment receipt or transaction proof

• Bank or payment details

Refund requests should be submitted to the editorial office via email.
